Vertical Balers
NEXGEN manufactures the finest Vertical balers on the planet. From the small StockRoom Baler to the popular V-6030HD , NEXGEN has the vertical baler to fit a variety of recycling applications. Their compact size make them suitable for facilities where space is limited. Because of the heavy-duty construction and superior design, NEXGEN vertical balers now have a 5-Year Warranty on cylinders and structure,
6-months on labor and backed by NEXGEN 's Gold Medal Service department. These units are also totally UL Listed.
Supermarkets, retailers, distribution centers, manufacturing centers, building supply stores, hospitals, hotels, recycling centers, and many other facilities will benefit from a vertical baler.
NEXGEN also offers a line of smaller vertical balers for low volume recycling applications. The StockRoom Baler is NEXGEN 's newest addition to this line specifically developed for small stock rooms of retail chain stores. The StockRoom baler controls cardboard without taking up very much space. It is built on casters for easy maneuverability during installation. The overall height of 78" and 35 1/2" depth allows it to roll through any standard door. It also has an automatic bale ejection system and optional front bale tie-off system. NEXGEN has developed a Bale Cart that makes transporting the bales quick and easy for even the smallest store clerk.
